Credit validity from purchase
Credits are priced in US dollars. At the single-lesson rate, 70 credits cost $70 (a 50-minute lesson) and 35 credits cost $35 (a 25-minute lesson). The more credits you buy, the lower the price per credit — reducing your effective lesson cost to as little as $60 per 50-minute session.
Credits are fully refundable — if you change your mind, just contact us and we’ll return your unused balance.

What happens after I buy credits?
Credits are added to your account immediately. You can then log in to the booking system and schedule a lesson at any available time.
Can I mix 25-minute and 50-minute lessons?
Yes — credits are fully flexible. A 50-minute lesson costs 70 credits, a 25-minute lesson costs 35 credits. Use them in any combination.
What if I want a refund?
Unused credits are fully refundable. Just email us at hello@financialenglishacademy.com and we’ll return your balance.
Do credits expire?
Credits are valid for 18 months from the date of purchase — plenty of time to use them at your own pace.
What’s included in every lesson?
Every lesson includes live 1-on-1 coaching plus detailed written feedback sent after the session, covering errors corrected, better phrases, and pronunciation notes.
How do I get the free trial?

Booking, cancellation & credit policy
Cancellation Policy
Lessons may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time at no charge. Lessons cancelled with less than 12 hours’ notice, or where the student does not attend, will be marked as completed and credits deducted.
Credit Expiry & Refunds
Credits do not expire for 18 months from the date of purchase. Unused credits are fully refundable at any time upon request — simply contact us and we will return your remaining balance.
Booking & Payments
All bookings are made through the online scheduling system. Credits are deducted automatically at booking. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. For billing queries contact hello@financialenglishacademy.com.
